Where do you find a pork butt?
If you’ve never made it before, you may not know where to find pork butt. I usually find it in the meat department of my local grocery store. If your grocery store doesn’t stock pork butt, you can defiantly find it at Sams or Costco.
On top of being incredibly delicious, this recipe so so practical! I can put my pork butt into the oven in the morning, do homework or work around the house, then in the evening, dinner is ready! Just like that, I have an amazing meal to serve my family with.
Also, the pork is so huge that I usually end up with a lot of leftovers. With those, I make pulled pork tacos that are just TO DIE FOR! And that way I have two nights of great dinners take care of.
When I have about an hour and a half left of baking, I peel and chop a few potatoes and carrots. Then I put those into the same pan as the pork, turn the heat up to 375, and bake until the veggies are soft.
Those work as a great side with the pork butt.

- The amount seasoning you put on the pork will depend on the size of the butt. I recommend just covering all sides of it well.
