Ingredients
 pork butt
 roasted garlic and herb seasoning (to taste)
 1 cup water (roughly)
 6 potatoes
 6 carrots
 pinch of salt

Put your pork butt in a large baking pan and season with garlic and herb seasoning. Pour a little of water into the pan so it rises about a quarter of an inch up the pan. Cover with a lid, or tin foil, and put into a 200 degree F oven. Bake that for 5 hours.

When you have an hour and a half left of cooking, wash, peel, and chop the potatoes and carrots. Put them around the pork butt and season with a few pinches of salt. Raise the temp to 375, and bake for another hour, or until the veggies are soft.

Serve with cheese and bbq sauce, if you would like and enjoy! <3
