 4 roma tomatoes
 ¼ large red onion (or half a small one)
 ¼ cup cilantro
 ½ jalapeƱo (optional)
 2 garlic cloves
 ½ tsp salt

Dice the tomatoes into medium-sized cubes. (About 1/2 and inch in width.) Finely dice the onion, cilantro, and jalapeno. Push the garlic through a garlic press. Mix together all the diced veggies in a medium bowl with the salt until completely combined. Enjoy! <3
