This is the absolute best recipe for pulled pork tacos you will ever find! It takes less than 20 minutes to make and it is DELICIOUS!

You really can’t go wrong with pulled pork tacos. Like, really, have you ever had a pulled pork taco that you didn’t like?

I’m gonna guess that your answer to that was no. They are just so darn good!! Tacos always hit all the right flavor note. They truly just make me so happy! 🙂

Today’s recipe is how I make the most perfect pulled pork tacos you’ve probably ever had. The flavors from my secret spice combination make these tacos to die for!

Alrighty, I can’t wait any longer, let’s get cookinggg!!

Secret Spices

So after some trial and error, I found that the combo of salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, and a tiny kick of cayenne pepper makes the tacos divine! If you’re really sensitive to spiciness, feel free to omit the cayenne pepper and the final product will still be fantastic!

Pork

How you prepare the pork is really important! This is what will separate your tacos from somebody else! My favorite cut of meat to use is a pork butt. If you cook it at a low temp for a long time, it turns on juicy and delicious! (Perfect for this recipe.) I go really in-depth on how to make the PERFECT pork on this post.

Toppings

When it comes to the topping for this taco, my best advice is to go where your heart tells you to. My absolute favorite toppings for this pulled pork taco is salsa, cheese, and sour cream. Those combined take you to the absolute best parts of flavor town!!

If you can’t have dairy, no problemo! Just omit the cheese and sour cream and add some extra salsa. 😉
