On a large cutting board being by beating your pork loins until they are about a quarter-inch thick. Salt them on both sides then set aside. Beat 4 eggs in a medium-sized bowl and sprinkle ½ a cup flour on a flat plate.
Coat the pork loin in the flour then dip it in the beat eggs. Put it into a pan on medium heat with a little bit of oil. Cook one side of the pork until it’s golden brown, flip, and cook the intern side until it also reaches a golden brown color. Repeat this step with all the pork pieces.
While the pork is cooking put ½ a sliced onion and 2ish tablespoons on the bottom of a pot. As the pork pieces are being cooked, begin to be cooked, put them into the pot with the onion and butter. When they are all in the pot, add another 2 tbsp butter and ¼ cup water. Cover with a lid and turn the heat to low and steam the meat for about 10 minutes. Enjoy! <3
